foundd does not claim ownership of project information sourced from RERA, builder websites, or other public sources. We provide links to builder websites and project pages for reference. We do not host, modify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of external content. Third-party websites linked through our Services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Always verify pricing, availability, and legal status with the builder and through RERA before making any decision.

We do not guarantee that project recommendations will always be relevant, accurate, or up to date.
